Effective Fall 2015, we have inactivated this battalion due to insufficient troop levels.
In the event we can reorganize into a deployable unit in support of our teams atop the Kelp Forest, we will preserve our flag and chants for future troops.
In our absence, we urge you to support the teams that play today and honor those who served before.

Requirements
attend at least the men's or women's match each home stand (full schedules - men & women)
memorize our chants
help fans in the stands learn their chants
spend 10-15 minutes each half leading the crowd in chants
attend the rest of the game as a loyal lieutenant, helping the active capo lead by watching the game for key moments to chant

In soccer, the capo (pronounced CAH poh) leads the crowd in chants.
We're looking for five individuals, man or woman, with the charisma and fortitude to invade and occupy the last set of bleachers and lead the assembled crowd in chants. You shall be the lieutenants of the 17's and forever be shrouded in glory! Apply to be a capo!
